Job Summary
TSG Behavioral Health & Community Services is seeking two reliable, professional, and experienced Remote Intake Assistants to support our patient intake operations. Ideal candidates have excellent telephone communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist prospective clients with intake inquiries.
- Follow up with referrals and incomplete intake applications.
- Assist clients with completing required intake paperwork.
- Accurately enter and update patient information in company systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and scheduling.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional customer service standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, administrative support, or patient intake required.
- Strong verbal communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, follow established procedures, and work independently.
- Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.
