Serving Bladen, Robeson, Columbus, Cumberland, Sampson, and Pender Counties
Pay: $40 per hour | PRN / As needed
TSGBH In Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse to support our Bladen office and surrounding communities. This position includes travel to clients' homes throughout the service area.
Responsibilities:
- Complete client assessments and reassessments.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Conduct caregiver supervisory visits and monitor client needs.
- Educate clients, families, and caregivers.
- Communicate changes in client condition to the appropriate care team members.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with office staff to support safe, consistent care.
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license authorizing practice in North Carolina.
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete documentation on time.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area.
- Home care, home health, or community nursing experience preferred.
Schedule: PRN, based on client needs. Weekly hours are not guaranteed. Start date and assignments will be discussed during the interview.
