Part-time | PCA: $15–$16/hour | CNA: $17–$18/hour
Pay is based on qualifications, experience, and assignment. Hours depend on client needs and availability; weekly hours are not guaranteed.
TSGBH In Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to help clients remain safe and supported at home.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily activities according to the care plan.
- Support safe mobility and transfers within verified training and assigned duties.
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship as assigned.
- Observe and promptly report changes in client condition or safety concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Complete visit documentation and required electronic visit verification accurately and promptly.
- Follow infection prevention procedures and protect client privacy and dignity.
Qualifications:
- PCAs: Complete required training and demonstrate competency for assigned duties.
- CNAs: Current Nurse Aide I registry listing in North Carolina, verified before assignment, and competency for assigned duties.
- Dependability, patience, and strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to assigned client homes.
- Ability to perform assigned care duties safely, with reasonable accommodation as applicable.
- In-home care or caregiving experience preferred.
