Pay: $15–$16 per hour, based on experience and assignment | Part-time
Hours depend on client needs and availability; weekly hours are not guaranteed.
TSGBH In Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Personal Care Aides to help clients remain safe and supported at home. We welcome applicants who take pride in respectful care and dependable attendance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities as assigned in the care plan.
- Support safe mobility and transfers within training and assigned duties.
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship as assigned.
- Observe and report changes in client condition or safety concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Complete visit documentation and required electronic visit verification accurately and promptly.
- Follow the care plan, infection prevention procedures, and agency policies.
- Protect client privacy and dignity.
Qualifications:
- Ability to complete required training and demonstrate competency for assigned duties.
- Dependability, patience, and strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to assigned client homes.
- Ability to perform assigned care duties safely, with reasonable accommodation as applicable.
- Personal care or caregiving experience preferred.
