TSGBH In Home Care | Charlotte Office

Pay: $50 per hour | Part-time

Serving Mecklenburg and surrounding North Carolina counties. This position includes office coordination and travel to clients’ homes.

TSGBH In Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Supervisor. Help lead our in-home care team, support caregivers, and ensure clients receive safe, consistent, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care delivery and provide guidance to caregivers.

• Complete and review client assessments, reassessments, and individualized care plans.

• Conduct supervisory visits and follow up on changes in client needs.

• Support staff orientation, training, and competency evaluations.

• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timely completion.

• Address clinical concerns and support quality improvement.

• Coordinate with office leadership, clients, families, and other care team members.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license authorizing practice in North Carolina.

• Relevant nursing experience; home care or home health experience preferred.

• Clinical supervision or nursing leadership experience preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and staff coaching skills.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area.

Schedule

Part-time. Work schedule and availability expectations will be discussed during the interview.
